FAQ Spina Camping Village

Spina Family Camping Village is about 1 km from the nearest town (Lido di Spina). The town center of can be easily reached by bike (10 minutes) or by car (5 minutes) thanks to an asphalted road which also leads to the bus stop for the main art cities (Ferrara, Ravenna)

The reception is open 24 hours. The delivery of the keys to the accommodation is guaranteed from 17:00. Arriving earlier, you can take advantage of all the services of the camping village (swimming pool, beach, restaurant). Check-out and the return of the keys must be done by 10:00. Please communicate in advance in case your expected arrival is after 21:00

Check-in available from 8.00. The pitch is available from 12.00. If the pitch is free before 12.00, the dedicated staff will accompany you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated by 12.00

We accept payments in cash (amount not exceeding € 2999.99), cash card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

Art. 1: Notice of cancellation

1. The notice of cancellation must come about in writing by mail to: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com.

2. All cancellation received by telephone will be not taken into consideration.

Art. 2: Cancellation of Accommodation or Pitch

1. Cancellations received up to 14 days before the holiday starting day: the amount of the deposit will be refunded.

2. Cancellations received from 13 to 7 days before arrival: the Camping Village will issue a voucher equal to the value of the paid amount, less € 100.00 for booking administration fee. The voucher will be valid till the year following the year of issue. Please, note that the voucher will be issued only in those cases of proven occurrence of an unforeseeable event such as illness, injury, or death of the subscriber of the reservation or of one of the other members-previously named in the personal data form – upon presentation of a medical certificate; dismissal from work of the subscriber of the reservation – upon presentation of a copy of employer’s letter of dismissal.

3. Cancellations received from 6 to 0 days before arrival and no show: no refund will be made.

Art. 3: Delayed arrivals

1. In case of delayed arrivals, no refund is due.

2. In case of postponed arrivals communicated at least 14 days before the arrival date and caused by the unpredictable events listed above (Art. 2.2), a voucher will be issued for the unused days. After this deadline, no refund will be made.

Art. 4: Early departures

1. In case of early departures no refund is due.

2. In the event of early departure due solely to illness or injury (specific documentation is required to prove the illness and/or accident), a voucher equal to the amount of unused days will be issued. The voucher can be used within the year following that of issue in a camping / village chosen among those belonging to the Club del Sole group.

Art. 5: Change date of stay – Easy Stay (Village and Camping)

1. Up to 14 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, it is possible to modify and/or move the dates of the holiday (based on availability), without penalties.

Our animation team will be present approximately from June to early September, and will take care of sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for adults and children, evening shows and dance.

Barrier-free accommodation is available within the village. Check availability by contacting the Camping Village directly.

The first 500 MB are included in the price of the booking. Additional internet traffic can be purchased at the reception

Inside the camping-village you can find various laundry points, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Cleaning material is not included, but you can purchase it in our supermarket

Yes, there is a market inside the camping village.

Indicate requests or preferences by contacting the facility directly. It is possible to choose a specific number of accommodations, once the actual availability has been verified, with a supplement of € 50.00 per family. Without this option, the number will be communicated only upon delivery of the keys to the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the camping-village or at the time of booking.

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitized on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.

It is already included in several types of mobile homes; alternatively, it is always possible to book it in advance. Our beach has a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, with an adjoining beach for dogs. The beach voucher is delivered by the reception during check-in and is to be presented to the beach property for the provision of the service

Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Parasols and sun loungers by the pool can only be rented directly at the water park and upon availability.

According to the current municipal ordinance, dogs are not allowed to swim in the sea on our stretch of beach

Variations from the menu are possible; please for any type of variation, intolerance and / or allergy communicate it on arrival. We do not have cuisine certified for celiac disease.
